For the first time in three year I did not attend Philadelphia’s Freedom Skate, and I’m surprised
to hear myself say that I had just as fabulous - and fabulous with a wave of your
hand is key here - time in Chicago all weekend long.
My weekend you ask? Two practices with Team Rainbo, the second being a photo shoot and Sunday afternoon enjoying the Rainbow of folks as the Chicago Chapter of National Skate Patrol “marched” on skates in the Gay Pride Parade. There is a never ending number of ways to enjoy your skates and to meet people who enjoy skating in Chicago, I hope you have been taking full advantage this summer. See you skating.
